WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
As a slow fashion brand, we make garments to order so it takes a little longer. We aim to dispatch all packages within 8-10 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email and once your shipment is dispatched you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?
Leonessa is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you - Leonessa does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
In case of an urgent order request, you can reach out to us/ contact us via email/ instagram/ whatsapp and we will try our best to deliver it to you at the earliest.
