Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible in most cases. To get your order exchanged, you can send us an email at leonessaclothing@gmail.com or contact us on +91 8799744698. 

OUR PROCESS

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer size exchanges. If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can exchange the size for you once you send the piece back to our studio.

In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags and packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Kindly self-ship the goods to us in case of an exchange at the following address:

Kindly share the details and tracking no. on +91 8799744698 once you ship the goods. Once received, we will examine the product and based on our jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed. We will send you an email/message about the same. 

Please note that we just exchange the article for another size and not another style. In case the size or model of the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued to the customer which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods have the original tags
• The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping
• Goods are not used or damaged

EXCEPTIONS / NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Products that have been customised can not be exchanged, however we can alter them if need be.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We continually strive to deliver nothing but the best quality products to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. 

However, in the rare case of any damages kindly inform us within 36 hours of receiving the product.
